Our Process
To schedule a job, simply give us a call or request a quote online, and we'll promptly provide you with the pricing and collection schedule.

When you're ready to move forward, we'll issue a pro forma invoice for payment, or you can pay using a debit or credit card. After the payment is confirmed, we'll send out the courier to pick up your items.

Upon delivery, the courier will obtain a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) from the recipient, which we will store in our system. You can choose to receive the delivery details via email or text message, according to your preference.
